- Please note during peak times please allow up to 72 hours for our couriers to deliver.
- DPD are our preferred courier partner, alongside A Post and if they are experiencing unusually large volumes of deliveries there may be unexpected delays.

Ordering times.
- Order before 1pm: Despatched the same day*
- Order after 1pm: Despatch will be the following day* though we will attempt to despatch same day* wherever possible.
- Order after 1pm on a Friday: Despatch will be the following Monday
- Order on a Saturday or Sunday: Despatch will be the following Monday
- If you have a preferred delivery day, enter this in the comments section of the order form.
* Despatch is subject to stock availability and excludes weekends and bank holidays
Delivery Charges.
- If you purchase several items, the shopping basket will show a total delivery charge but we may be able to reduce this charge - we will contact you if this is the case.
- Next day deliveries to Northern Ireland are available at extra cost. Please contact us for details. Where a price includes delivery, this is for the Republic of Ireland only.
- If you have different delivery requirements, please state this on the order form as you proceed through the check out. If we cannot comply, we will contact you immediately.
- Delivery charges are based on region and will need to be determined and agreed, prior to online purchase.
- Please note that our couriers will endeavour to deliver as arranged but we will not be held responsible for any costs incurred because of non delivery or factors caused by others.
